RacFit in Buda, Texas is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the first friendly face for members and guests, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and guiding arrivals with a welcoming, health-focused vibe.

This part-time, on-site role emphasizes teamwork and customer service—maintaining a clean front desk, promoting events, and supporting club operations while you help build a vibrant wellness community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including weekends and occasional holidays.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience.
• Familiarity with membership management systems.
• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to string racquets.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude as they enter the club.
• Assist with member check-ins and provide accurate information regarding membership policies, amenities, and available services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club hours, classes, and special events.
• Assist with new member orientations and tours of the facility.
• Promote upcoming events, promotions, and programs to enhance member engagement.
• Monitor member access, ensuring safety and compliance with club policies.
• Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Folding and stocking towels throughout the facility.
• Complete daily task list and/or closing checklist.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the club.
• Report any member concerns or facility issues to management promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
