Job summary

Oxford Casino Hotel in Oxford, Maine is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help promote dining and events. This is an on-site role supporting our casino and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year prior experience in guest service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls; operates telephone system to receive incoming messages and relays them to the appropriate parties.
• Answers guest questions regarding facility and surrounding area.
• Acts as a sales member for promotion of internal events, dining and packages.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
