Job summary

Oxford Casino Hotel in Oxford, Maine, seeks an F&B Front of House Supervisor (Non Exempt) to lead daily operations across our outlets, ensure SOP adherence, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will empower staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and collaborate with management on standards and guest relations. This role targets a candidate with 2+ years of leadership in a busy service environment who communicates clearly and acts professionally.

Qualifications

• Two years in management in a high-volume food service position preferred.
• Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regards to working with diverse people and levels of authority.
• Multi-task ability and experience with payroll and inventory systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete daily checklists and tasks assigned by management.
• Provide preshift information to staff about events, campaigns and SOP adherence.
• Ensure compliance with Health Codes, OSHA standards and government regulations.
• Maintain department files, schedules and attendance records.
• Operate Point of Sale systems and related equipment; assist with maintenance as needed.
