You will prepare and serve food, follow safety standards, assist travelers, and support across kitchen tasks, with flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds and handle busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
