Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ring up purchases, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will participate in inventory, assist with food and beverage items, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or in progress.
• Previous experience in guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve management as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock shelves and restock as needed.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and balance cash transactions.
