Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, ring up guests, and restock shelves while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth, a fast-paced team environment, and the chance to develop valuable customer service skills across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress) required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and suggest additional products to guests.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves, coolers, and display areas.
