RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while supporting a flexible schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at checkout and maintain friendly service.
• Rings up guests and balances cash and inventory transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking in store areas and maintain safety standards.
• Restock shelves and displays; keep store organized and welcoming.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking, including perishables.
