Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist at the register or self-checkout, restock and keep the store clean, and ensure products are available and fresh.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the register and self-checkout.
• Keep store stocked and organized with clean, fresh products.
