Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll deliver excellent guest service at the register or self-checkout, suggest add-ons, assist with inventory, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked, fresh, and within quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
