Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level operations. You will greet guests, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends or holidays is required, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service across store duties.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, outside or in coolers, etc.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
