Job summary

Global Partners LP in Connecticut is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to greet guests, provide an enjoyable shopping experience, and support store operations. You will handle POS transactions and help maintain store standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You’ll contribute to a safe, clean store environment and assist with vendor check-ins and stocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and manage cash accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS system and maintain cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform housekeeping and restocking to ensure in-stock conditions.
