RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to join our team. You will help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.

We offer flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hands-on training and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Fast-paced, guest-focused environment experience is a plus.
• Team player willing to take initiative and work with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regs.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep store clean and stocked, assist in inventory and restocking.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to meet transaction expectations.
• Follow all safety and food safety regulations in preparation areas.
