Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll provide friendly service at the register or self-checkout, suggest products, and help manage inventory in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training to support your success. This role supports a welcoming guest experience and real teamwork across stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked and fresh with quality food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
