Job summary

CHAGRIN VALLEY RACQUET CLUB is seeking a positive Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to our members. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, and direct them to amenities while coordinating with housekeeping, fitness, and aquatic staff.

Strong communication and a friendly demeanor are essential to create a welcoming club experience. Weekend availability is required, and a background in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.

Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
Proficient in English.
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
Reliable transportation.
Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and relay daily activities.
Take reservations and answer questions via phone and in-person.
Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
Describe the features and amenities of the club.
Ensure hospitality standards are being met for each interaction.
