Job summary

Chagrin Valley Racquet Club in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for members and guests. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a busy, member-focused setting.

You will clean locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas, restock supplies, and assist with event setup, contributing to an exceptional club experience.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain club facilities including locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and courts
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Assist with setup and breakdown of club events or special functions
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with club policies and health regulations
