Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. CSI is seeking team members for their California operations, delivering friendly guest service at retail stations. You will handle POS transactions, maintain cleanliness, manage food/beverage preparation, and support safety and loss-prevention programs in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires strong English communication, flexibility in hours, and basic food handling certification where required. Compensation reflects U.S. payroll standards with potential for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and instructions.
• Availability to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law (location-specific).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greet customers and maintain eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely with various payment methods.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliation per CSI procedures.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor facilities and restrooms.
• Prepare hot beverages and food, manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice and stock levels.
• Promote store specials and other marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods prices and keep shelves stocked across store areas.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles; follow safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
