Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support daily store operations in Cromwell. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding will be provided to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to access all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
