Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Willington, CT to deliver a welcoming shopping experience and support everyday store operations. You will greet guests, assist with their needs, and help maintain clean, safe, and organized spaces.

The role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders as needed. Join a team committed to service, safety, and growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills for POS and general operations.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler).
• Capable of climbing ladders and stairs; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas: selling floor, stock, register.
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash and lottery.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
