Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow safety procedures and keep wash areas clean and organized.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; communicate with teammates about issues.
• Engage with customers at the Convenience Station; manage member CX and plan changes.
• Open/close duties; maintain tunnel and overall site upkeep.
