Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact, a smile and a hello; assist on the sales floor and at the register.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and proper merchandise presentation.
• Provide prompt and courteous Customer service responses and resolve issues with Store Leadership as needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Follow MOS policies and protect confidential information and payments.
