Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service, maintaining eye contact and a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers with merchandise, answer questions, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning tasks and restocking as needed.
• Follow loss prevention and MOS policies, protect confidential information and ensure store integrity.
• Support brand presentation and adhere to company dress code and standards.
• Participate in daily merchandising tasks and ensure safe, uncluttered sales floor.
