Job summary

Grove Bay in Miami Beach is seeking friendly team members to support dining operations at Glass & Vine. You will assist with table setup, plate clearing, and delivering food during busy periods, while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Strong teamwork and customer service are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Relevant restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is required.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve complimentary snacks to guests after seating.
• Wrap utensils in napkins.
• Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware; carry to kitchen.
• Prepare tables for guests by cleaning surfaces and setting up items.
• Deliver food to tables when servers are busy.
• Respond to guest requests and report complaints.
• Arrange tables to accommodate larger groups.
• Ensure server station is stocked with supplies.
