Bolt Farm Treehouse in Tennessee seeks a Dreamweaver to own a guest's experience from start to finish, including the pre-stay call, personalization plan, setup, execution, and documentation. You will handle the usual curveballs, coordinate with guests, and bring one WOW tailored to each couple's story, while mentoring newer Dreamweavers on shift.

Formación

• 2+ years in guest service, event setup, or hospitality roles.
• Experience coordinating with guests before an event or service.
• Experience managing inventory or supplies against par levels.
• Valid driver's license and weekend/evening availability.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned reservations end to end, including pre-stay, setup, reveal, and documentation.
• Run pre-stay calls to capture occasion, preferences, timing, and personalization opportunities.
• Build and deliver a personalization plan for each couple, including one WOW.
• Execute proposals, anniversaries, honeymoons, and celebrations to standard, with photo proof.
• Deliver Bath Butler setups precisely timed around spa sessions.
• Handle routine schedule changes and setup issues independently, escalating only out of standard.
• Coach Apprentice Dreamweavers on shift.
