Hours are hourly with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour. The schedule can be full-time or part-time, and the position reports to the Account Manager within the Valet Parking Division.

Qualifications

• Customer service attitude and willingness to help are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting and Assistance: Welcome guests professionally and direct them to the correct locations.
• Wayfinding Support: Provide clear directions to areas, ensuring guests can navigate the facility.
• Guest Assistance: Retrieve wheelchairs and assist guests with mobility needs.
• Safety and Security Monitoring: Observe and report suspicious behavior and maintain safety.
