Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to provide welcoming, professional service for guests at luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, greet guests warmly, and support a high-quality guest experience.

This non-exempt role offers an average hourly pay range of 13.00–20.00+ per hour (base pay plus tips) with opportunities for tips based on service performance and interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and a helpful demeanor are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with professional service.
• Follow attendance, timekeeping policies and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Handle challenging situations professionally and maintain teamwork.
• Maintain regular attendance and wear full uniform.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
