Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet Greeter to warmly welcome guests, assist with doors, luggage, and directions, and provide courteous service at our parking facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and reliability, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Compensation is $16.00-$18.00 per hour and eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co‑workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet valet guests and offer assistance, including opening vehicle doors, carrying and lifting luggage, and providing directions.
• Inform guests of valet rates and services and issue claim checks.
• Inspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain a neat and clean uniform and punctual attendance.
• Relate with drivers and co‑workers to ensure smooth operations.
