American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cumberland, MD to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, greet guests, and represent AE with pride, showing your real self while sharing your love for AE and Aerie products.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model, educate guests on product details, and promote the loyalty program. This role requires energy, strong interpersonal skills, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly, personalized service to guests.
• Able to educate guests on products and loyalty program.
• Excited to represent the AE brand with enthusiasm.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Be flexible between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
