The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, attentive service and set the tone for every guest stay. You will handle check-in/check-out, assist with transportation and dining plans, and uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards.

The role requires comfort with fast-paced hospitality, a strong customer-service ethos, and the flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards.
• Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information.
• Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities.
• Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
