Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated hotel Housekeeper to join our guest-first team. You will clean guest rooms, stock linens, and maintain public areas with pride.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with the public and in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and stock linen closets.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors; take out trash.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and hotel standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
