Job summary

Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education is hiring a Customer Ambassador in Glassboro, NJ, with open shifts and a pay rate of $16.56 per hour. This role supports guest experiences, promotions, and wellness programs across campus dining locations.

The position requires friendly hospitality, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time and part-time options are available with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and provides hospitality.
• Greets team members and ensures they have what they need.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors.
• Ensures marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes coworkers.
• Explains menu items accurately to customers.
• Assists in buying/decision-making process for customers.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
