Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Seattle is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador. You will greet guests, engage in guest-facing marketing programs, and support wellness initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role offers a consistent weekday schedule, opportunities for promotional activities, and a comprehensive benefits program. A prior background in conference services, meeting planning, or admin tasks is preferred, with a $23.00 per hour fixed pay rate.

Qualifications

• Previous conference services, meeting planning, or administrative services experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and interacts to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer and assists in buying/decision-making.
• Ensures display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
