Job summary

Compass Group USA, a leader in foodservice, is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador at Nestle USA – 450 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98104. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with online applications accepted. This role requires prior conference services, meeting planning, or administrative experience; internal referral bonus is available.

Fixed pay rate is $23 per hour. This position includes benefits such as free meals, uniforms, and laundering service at select locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in conference services, meeting planning, or administrative support preferred.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a high level of hospitality.
• Lead weekly promotions and guest programs.
• Explain menu items and assist in buying/decision process.
• Relay customer concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure marketing and wellness programs are current.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
