Job summary

Gun Lake Casino, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Ambassador/Greeter to warmly welcome guests and manage entry at the Oasis and concert venue. You will verify eTix tickets, assist with ticketing, and guide guests to ensure smooth flow during events.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to operate a cash register while maintaining a professional demeanor. TIPS certification and gaming license eligibility are preferred and training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with electronic ticketing systems.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license with Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.
• TIPS certification may be required or provided.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests arriving at the Oasis.
• Verify guest room key or eTix tickets for entry to pools and venues.
• Manage guest flow and ensure orderly entry to venues.
• Collaborate with team members to support events and adjust duties as needed.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of event areas.
• Provide information about current and upcoming events to guests.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and follow security procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and emergencies.
