Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group's Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis seeks a Guest Services Ambassador to own the guest experience, delivering warm, personalized service. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, assist with luggage, recognize repeat visitors, and coordinate with other departments to make each stay special.

Requirements include at least 1 year in guest services, strong English skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.

• Strong reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understand guest service needs and exceed expectations.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Deliver luggage to room and retrieve luggage on departure.
• Provide recognition to repeat guests.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and cash handling.
• Support teamwork across departments and foster a positive work climate.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adaptability.
