Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Miami, FL to deliver a friendly, helpful guest experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and guide them to use store features including Drive Up and Orders. Maintain cleanliness, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs to boost guest satisfaction.

Must be adaptable to nights, weekends and holidays, with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork. Training will cover all aspects of guest services and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to create a welcoming experience.
• Explain store features, promos, and how to use Target App benefits.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and returns as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area throughout shifts.
