Qualifications

• Ability to greet and assist guests in a friendly manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and light lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with questions.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety policies.
• Promote store apps, promos, and loyalty programs to guests and explain how to use them.
• Assist with returns, exchanges and other guest service tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area and support team members.
