Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with guests using positive language and active listening.
• Provide welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Prioritize tasks with attention to detail while assisting guests.
• Educate guests about products and services and promote features like loyalty programs.
• Operate handheld scanners and other store tech; communicate across devices.
• Work independently and in a team; stay focused in fast-paced environments.
• Adapt to varying guest interactions and store needs.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain current promos and loyalty programs and assist with enrollment and sign-in.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently, following safety standards.
• Direct guests to Order Pick Up and Drive Up, and explain online ordering basics.
• Handle returns/exchanges per store policy and assist with problem resolution.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist peers as needed.
• Support checkout and contribute to a positive, compliant store environment.
