Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to welcome guests and assist with questions, store services, and product recommendations. You will help guests find items, resolve issues, and promote loyalty benefits while keeping the store tidy and safe.

As a Guest Advocate, you will greet customers, operate scanners, and guide guests through in-store and digital options, with a focus on fast, friendly service across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and maintain store cleanliness.
• Promote and explain benefits, promotions, and app features to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and assist with drive-up or order pickup as needed.
