• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Loon Mountain's services and products including rates, discounts, promotions, and events.
• Greet guests and quickly identify needs and steer them to Sign in stations, Snowsports Desk, Children's Center, or New England Disabled Sports.
• Identify guests with reservations and assist with fulfillment or boot fitting.
• Provide directions and answer questions; assist with sign in process.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude in all interactions and attend daily safety and service meetings.
• Provide trail maps, brochures and contact information.
• Educate guests about Your Responsibility Code to promote safety.
