Qualifications

• 1–3+ years customer service experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Passion for hospitality and proven world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically as they enter.
• Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to maintain flow.
• Escort guests to tables and share pertinent information to enhance their experience.
• Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with takeout orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback on their visit.
• Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Complete opening/closing duties and stock the service area.
• Verify guest identifications for alcohol service; follow safety procedures.
