Grand Pacific Resorts at Vista Mirage Resort in Palm Springs, CA is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Agent. You will welcome guests and owners, check them in/out, handle keys, and deliver warm, professional service with a smile.

Role requires serving guests over the phone and in person, resolving issues, and coordinating with staff. Weekend/holiday availability and basic cash handling are expected.

Formación

• 1+ years of related experience in hospitality.
• Professional telephone etiquette is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred, time share a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests/owners in and out of the resort.
• Meet and exceed guest/owner expectations with exceptional service.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from guests/owners.
• Communicate effectively with guests, owners, supervisors and associates.
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and effectively.
• Obtain/confirm guest information, assign rooms, activate/distribute keys.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage when needed.
• Deliver guest request items to and from rooms.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
