Job summary

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in Florida is seeking a friendly Resort Marketing Representative to provide excellent guest services, escort guests to their accommodations, and present Westgate Resorts timeshare opportunities. You will engage guests with enthusiasm and help them navigate activities and local attractions.

In this role you will greet guests, assist with check-in, answer questions, and coordinate tours with the sales team.

Qualifications

Must have bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively with others and in a team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests checking into the resort lobby with an energetic, welcoming smile.
Assist guests with the check-in process and provide concierge-style information.
Answer questions about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist guests in booking activities and local attractions.
Support the sales team with service-related duties.
Present and arrange Westgate Resorts timeshare tours to qualified guests.
