Job summary

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and a smooth checkout experience. You will inform guests about the resort and local attractions, process accounts, and distribute guest information with a friendly, polished demeanor.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy hotel environment. Prior front desk or cashiering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant verbal and written English communication with guests and teammates.
• Accurate and efficient data entry into computer systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers across departments.
• Ability to perform accurate math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni standards.
• Provide information about the resort and local area to guests.
• Set up and maintain accurate guest accounts and folios.
• Resolve guest requests and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Concierge and other hotel departments to deliver service.
