Job summary

Alisal Properties is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure accurate guest accounts. You will handle multiple tasks, answer calls, and coordinate services across ranch amenities with a focus on exceptional service.

This full-time role requires on-site presence in Solvang, CA, with qualifications in hospitality, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or hotel/resort experience is a plus.
• Computer literate with Host, Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Desire to establish outstanding, authentic interactions with guests.
• Integrity, dependability and adaptability are essential.
• Able to multi-task with high attention to detail and organization.
• Commitment to confidentiality and guest privacy.
• Ability to lift, push and pull minimum 50 lbs.
• On-site work with standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, greet visitors and provide excellent service on arrival.
• Handle full check-in and check-out processes and post guest charges.
• Maintain current front desk room status and guest accounts.
• Answer calls, route messages and manage faxes/mail promptly.
• Assist guests with services like babysitting, massages, and activities.
• Coordinate communication with other departments and staff.
