InterContinental Washington DC – The Wharf is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at our waterfront property. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with bookings, process payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a comfortable level of technical literacy. Fluency in the local language is preferred, with additional languages considered a plus.
