Job summary

Study Hotels is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent for The Study at University of Chicago. The successful candidate will provide excellent hospitality and manage guest check-ins and check-outs. This position requires one year of customer-facing experience and proficiency in computer skills.

The ideal candidate will also maintain room inventories, answer inquiries, and assist guests with requests while upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest check-in/out processes and facilitate payment.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations, providing information about hotel rates.
