Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the Inn at Perry Cabin on Maryland's Eastern Shore. You will greet guests, check in, provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions, and set the tone for a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, provide information about hotel and local area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage guests.
• Resolve issues to WOW guests and recover when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest needs.
• Maintain house bank and follow posting, cashing, and deposit procedures.
• Keep manager on duty informed of on-going activities.
• Assist other departments as needed.
