Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Inn at Perry Cabin in Saint Michaels, Maryland. You will warmly check guests in, provide knowledge about hotel amenities, and guide them to a memorable stay along the Miles River.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and requests are noted.
• Serve as the information source about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments.
• Know emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.
