Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly House Attendant to keep public spaces clean and guest areas pristine. You will collaborate with room attendants and other team members to ensure rooms and corridors meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to move, reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, lift up to 25 lbs; operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests.
• Perform duties of room attendant when necessary.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
• Help the room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Clean all public areas following SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas to designated locations.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and colleagues.
