General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza Union Station in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will supervise the Guest Services team and ensure friendly, efficient service to guests.

You will handle guest concerns, follow hotel procedures, coordinate with other departments, and oversee shuttle services during MOD shifts. Must have at least two years of hotel guest services experience and be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hotel guest services experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Services staff
• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
• Assist Guest Services staff, as needed, with any guest concerns
• Follow established hotel procedures at all times
• Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
• Maintain positive communication between all departments
• MOD Shifts as needed
• Managing and assisting shuttle services
